Pictured is one of our favorite RCI locations, Palm Beach Shores Resort, Singer Island, Florida. We have stayed here over a dozen times and its particular interest for us is its location, only a few blocks from the Blue Heron Bridge. The #1 shore dive in the U.S.A.

Clean and well maintained, great service, on site restaurant, nightly entertainment, and close to many different types of activities for adults or families. All units have full kitchens, so we shop at the Publix on the other side of the Bridge for breakfast and lunch, then have dinners out. This saves lots of money whether you are a couple or a family.

What Is RCI?

Resort Condominiums International, RCI, offers thousands of condominium resorts around the world at affordable prices. However, to take advantage of these savings you must actually own a reciprocating “Timeshare Unit” that you deposit to trade into the RCI system, for a unit somewhere else.

Occasionally, some units may be offered on public markets, usually for off season periods. These are typically units where the “deeded” owners, seeking to avoid annual “Maintenace Fees” when they can no longer travel or are unable to sell their unit, have surrendered their “Unit Deed” back to the timeshare and the timeshare tries to rent those units to help cover its operating costs.

Our company has access to hundreds of timeshare weeks at thousands of locations and offers them to you starting at $700 per week. (Excluding All Inclusive Fees, if applicable, or units greater than 1 BR) We can search all available units and provide you with great bargains, especially if you are time or location flexible, or if you can plan well in advance.

How to Book a Vacation

We are prohibited from allowing you access to our search facilities, but if you supply us with the type of vacation (beach, mountain, urban, etc.), date range and location (Area of US, intentional country) we can provide a list of what is available within your parameters. Then, we can schedule a telephone call to review the choices, answer questions or modify the search in real time while we are on the telephone.

Once you have settled on a selection we will place a short “hold” on the unit and issue an invoice to you. If we receive your payment before the “Hold” expires we book the unit in your name and send you the confirmation from that RCI resort. If we do not receive payment, then the hold expires. You owe nothing.
